How to take Melissa Essence Bio?

It is recommended to use orally: 1 to 2 drops 2 times a day. Take diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or infusion. By skin route: Massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops depending on your preference or the size of the room.
