How to take Vanilla Hazelnut MCT Oil?

It is recommended to shake well before use. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) a day.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry and dark environment in a tightly closed original container. Once opened, the product can be refrigerated or stored at cold room temperature.
