Description
The ylang-ylang flowers, with a sweet scent, deliver a heady essential oil even intoxicating as soon as they are cultivated because in the wild state, they do not smell anything.
Properties and benefits of Ylang Ylang Extra essential oil
The name means "flower of flowers". In the Comoros, in southern Africa, it was once used as an intestinal antiseptic and in the fight against malaria. The essential oil promotes letting go, it triggers a feeling of lightness and good humor and its reputation as an aphrodisiac was born in Indonesia.
How to take Ylang Ylang Extra essential oil?
It is recommended to take daily (45 to 90 mg) in a teaspoon of vegetable oil, for 4 to 5 days maximum.
Precautions
Not recommended for atmospheric diffusion. Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in children under 7 years old. Do not use in people with a history of seizures and / or allergic to essential oils. Consult a doctor for any therapeutic indication or any oral treatment.
