How to take Colchuric?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably after meals.

Composition of Colchuric

For 2 tablets:
Boswellia (containing at least 65% boswellic acid) (500 mg), Turmeric (containing at least 95% curcumin) (50 mg), Alpha Lipoic Acid (200 mg), Burdock (60 mg), Birch (60 mg), Dandelion (60mg), Ash (60mg), Harpago (60mg), Ulmaria (60mg), Vitamin C (80mg).
