How to take Cranberin plus?

American cranberry extract valued at more than 40% in proanthocyanidins (PACs) (375 mg) (minimum 150 mg PACs), Probiotics (Megaflora 9): 8 active strains: lactococcus lactis W19 (13%), lactobacillus paracasei W20 (10 %), lactobacillus plantarum W21 (13%), lactobacillus acidophilus W22 (14%), lactobacillus salivarius W24 (10%), bifidobacterium lactis W51 (20%), bifidobacterium lactis W52 (10%), enterococcus faecium W54 (10%) (100 mg) (concentration of 1 billion viable bacteria per gram-109 cfu / g), Bearberry extract valued at more than 20% in arbutin (80 mg) (minimum 16 mg arbutin), citrus bioflanonoids valued at more than 40 % in hesperidin (80 mg) (minimum 32 mg of hesperidin), Vitamin C (80 mg), Folic acid (vitamin B9) (200 mcg), Prebiotics (fructooligosaccharides-FOS) (40 mg).
