Description
Rosemary from Maese Herbario is an ideal plant for making infusions. It is prepared with the tender parts of plants such as leaves, flowers, flowering tops, aerial parts, as well as some crushed roots.
Intake mode
It is recommended as an infusion to place the plant in a porcelain or thermo-resistant glass bowl or cup and pour boiling water (150-250 ml), cover and stir from time to time if desired, strain after 5-10 minutes. An infusion will be prepared for the tender parts of the plants such as leaves, flowers, flowering tops, aerial parts, as well as for some properly crushed roots.
In decoction, put the plant in water and bring to a boil for about 5-10 minutes, let it rest until it cools a little and strain. A decoction is prepared for leathery plants or very hard plant parts such as roots, bark, stems and especially for those that contain tannins.
Ingredients
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) (100%).
