Description
Thyme from El Naturalista, this plant is used to treat the symptoms of cough associated with cold.
Indication
Thyme promotes fluidization of bronchial secretions by exerting an irritating effect on the bronchial epithelium. The expectorant effect is due to the relaxation of the bronchial smooth muscle and the stimulation of the movements of the bronchial cilia.
Intake mode
It is recommended to boil 1 minute and then let stand 10 minutes.

Tannins, Flavonoids, Triterpenes, Saponins, Essential Oil, Phenolic Acids derived from Cinnamic Acid.
