Properties and benefits of Turmeric and pepper

Turmeric root is rich in curcumin, the main active ingredient in turmeric, also responsible for the characteristic yellow color of turmeric. It is a great antioxidant and digestive.
Black pepper berries contain a substance called piperine, which promotes the absorption of curcumin. Therefore, this product combines both components so that you can take full advantage of its properties.

How to take Turmeric and pepper?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules 2 times a day.

Precautions
