Description
Witch hazel is one of the most powerful astringents. Tannins exert a venotonic action that facilitates the contraction of blood vessels, veins and capillaries, promoting blood flow.
Origin: France.
Intake mode
It is recommended to take as an infusion, pour the content of a tablespoon into boiling water and remove from the heat. Cover the container and let it rest for 8 to 10 minutes. Strain and sweeten to taste.
