Properties and benefits of Re-mineral recovery
L-Glutamine is an amino acid naturally present in the body and is used for protein synthesis.
Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and, with vitamins B1, B2 and B6, contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Additionally, magnesium, along with potassium, is helpful in maintaining normal muscle function.
The formulation can be useful for those who practice intense physical exercise, such as athletes, in case of fatigue, muscle weakness, cramps and profuse sweating.
