How to take Mineral Salts + Vitamins?

Take 2 capsules a day during physical exercise, with water.

Precautions

Only for adults. Do not take during pregnancy. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool, dry place without direct exposure to light. The beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 200 mg per day added to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

Composition of Mineral Salts + Vitamins

Potassium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Phosphates, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Glazing Agent: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose: L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Sodium Chloride, Anti-Caking Agents: Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids, Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose, iron oxides and hydroxides, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
