Description
Acerola (Malpighia glabra) is a wild shrub that grows in tropical and subtropical zones. The main characteristic of acerola is the very high content of vitamin C that it has, about 80 times higher than that of an orange.
Properties and benefits of Acerola Neo
It provides many other essential nutrients for the body such as minerals (calcium, iron, phosphorus), vitamins (B1, B2, B6), carbohydrates, carotenoids and bioflavonoids. Acerola is used as an antioxidant and diuretic. Acerola is a powerful antioxidant, which notably slows premature cell and tissue aging. Due to the large amount of vitamin C it has, it helps us fight depressive states by providing energy. It also acts on blood clotting and thus accelerates wound healing.
High demand actions, such as pregnancy, lactation or physical exercise, require higher contributions of ascorbic acid.
How to take Acerola Neo?
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules a day.
