Properties and benefits of Natural Vitamin E

As an antioxidant , Vitamin E acts against harmful free radicals, incapacitating their production in the tissues, reacting with them to form a tocopheryl radical, which will then be reduced by a hydrogen donor (such as Vitamin C) and thus return to its state reduced. As it is liposolube, it is incorporated into cell membranes, and thus Vitamin E protects cells from oxidative damage.

How to take Natural Vitamin E?

Take 1 pearl a day, preferably with a meal.
