Properties and benefits of Nutri-E 400 Forte

Although the term "vitamin E" is generally thought to refer to a single entity, it actually describes a family of eight different compounds known as tocopherols and tocotrienols. Both tocopherols and tocotrienols are further divided into their alpha, beta, gamma, and delta isomers. These two groups of compounds are very similar in structure, but have subtle differences in molecular structure that result in differences in functionality. The vitamin contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage.

How to take Nutri-E 400 Forte?

It is recommended for adults to take 1 softgel a day.
