How to apply Igora royal highlifts permanent?

1. Use in bases from 6 to 8. Always mix the Igora royal Highlifts lightening cream with the Igora royal Oil-Based Activating Lotion.
2. Apply to dry hair, do not wash with shampoo before application.
3. Apply the mixture in thin sections right after preparing it. Use a generous amount of the lightening product to ensure the best possible result.
