Barley bulgur from France

Description

Priméal has selected French barley for this bulgur in order to support and promote local agriculture. Ideal with vegetables. High in fiber, source of protein.

Intake mode

It is recommended for 4 people, 2 glasses of barley (200g). In a saucepan, bring a large amount of salted water to a boil, then pour in the barley and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Drain carefully and serve plain, with a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter. To eat hot as a garnish or cold in a salad.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight.
