I buy brewer's yeast and decided to test this one with wheat germ. I confess that the wheat flavor is more evident and the yeast not so much. The quality is very good. It's more bitter than some flake yeasts which generally have a nicer taste for those who don't like the bitter, which to me doesn't make much difference. Recommend for cost and quality.
Compro leveduras de cerveja e resolvi testar esta com germen de trigo. Confesso que o sabor do trigo é mais evidente e o da levedura não muito. A qualidade é muito boa. É mais amarga do que algumas leveduras em floco que geralmente tem um paladar mais agradável para aqueles que não gostam do amargo, o que para mim não faz muita diferença. Recomendo pelo custo e qualidade.
