Maizena Bio corn flour from Maizena.

Intake mode

Cornstarch has multiple uses and can be useful to make creamier sauces, lighter cakes, crispier batters or as a substitute for flour in a variety of recipes.

Recommended recipes:

Veggie burgers

Ingredients:
30 g Cornstarch
300 g cooked chickpeas
15 g Oil (olive, sunflower or sesame)
10 g Coriander or chopped parsley
5 g minced garlic
15 g chopped onion
5 g Baker's yeast Cornstarch
45 g cold water

Preparation:
Grind 200 g in a blender. of chickpeas with water, oil and cornstarch.
Break up the rest of the chickpeas with a fork.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Form the patties in the pan with the help of a spoon and brown on both sides.

nut cake

Ingredients:
500 g Cornstarch
250 g brown sugar
15 g Pastry yeast Cornstarch
5 g ground cinnamon
125 g Walnuts
125 g raisins
2 Eggs
150 g sunflower oil
125 g Natural yogurt
150 g whole milk

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Coat the mold with butter and flour.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Finally add the nuts and mix again.
In a separate container, mix the eggs, oil, milk and yogurt.
Combine with the rest of the ingredients.
Bake for 35-40 minutes and let cool.
