Konjac flour helps to lose body volume when following a low-calorie diet, with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three 1 g doses, together with one or two glasses of water or mixed with food.
Intake mode
It is recommended to dissolve half a dessert or tea teaspoon (approx. 1 g) of konjac glucomannan flour before main meals with plenty of water to ensure that the glucomannan is deposited in the stomach.
Konjac flour has a much higher absorption capacity than wheat flour. Therefore, in small amounts, you can thicken sauces, smoothies, cakes or stews without their flavor being altered. Konjac flour is easy to use, and can be dissolved both hot and cold.
In drinks: complement your juices and smoothies by mixing a level teaspoon (between 1g and 2g) of konjac flour with plenty of liquid (water, juices...) and drink it before it thickens.
You can make breads, focaccias, puddings, custards, cakes, crepes and a wide variety of low-calorie pastry recipes thanks to glucomannan flour.
