Oats are a cereal rich in starch, a complex carbohydrate source of energy for our body, it is also one of the cereals richest in protein, vitamin B1 or thiamine (necessary for the proper functioning of the nervous system) and, to a lesser extent, proportion, it provides other vitamins of group B. It also contains minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron, the latter two of worse use than those from foods of animal origin by our body.

Intake mode
