Description

Biogra Bio Rice Flour is an ideal substitute for wheat flour. It has a contribution of fiber that contributes to improving intestinal function.

Indication

It can help control cholesterol levels thanks to its natural oils that prevent it from adhering to the intestinal walls. This flour is used to prepare countless dishes, especially breads, cookies, doughs, tamales, tortillas, pasta, spring rolls and to thicken sauces.

Intake mode

It is recommended to sift the flours together with the salt. Place in a bowl, add the eggs, soda and milk to form a smooth dough. Incorporate the oil and work until obtaining a lump-free dough. Distribute preferably in a cake pan. Take to a moderate oven until cooked and golden.

Precautions
