Indication

Contrary to popular belief, buckwheat is not a cereal since it does not belong to the grass family and is therefore considered a pseudocereal. So buckwheat has the properties of a cereal and also retains the benefits of a legume. Whole buckwheat flour has a very characteristic dried fruit smell. It is rich in B vitamins and contains minerals that are vital for the proper functioning of our body. It has the properties of a cereal and also retains the benefits of a legume. This translates into a perfect food for celiacs and vegans. And due to the low amounts of saturated fats it has, we will not have problems with cholesterol levels. It is a great source of vegetable proteins of high biological value since it has all the essential amino acids. It helps maintain stable glucose levels by having complex or slow-absorbing carbohydrates. It has antioxidant properties, which helps prevent aging. Due to its high fiber content, it helps regulate intestinal transit and produces a satiating effect. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and helps regulate tension.
