Description
Salud Viva Green / Blonde Lentils is a product with a high concentration of nutrients. If lentils are combined with cereals such as rice, foods rich in methionine, they become proteins of high biological value, comparable to those provided by foods of animal origin.
Intake mode
It is advisable to soak overnight, about 8 hours, to intensify its flavor, using weakly mineralized waters (also for cooking). Use 500 grams of lentils for 2-3 liters of water in traditional cooking. The ideal portion per person is about 50 or 80 grams of product.
