Vegetalia's Organic Chía and Lino Multigrain Glass is a delicious and nutritious dish made with brown rice, cereals, chia seeds and flax, ready to be prepared in just 1 minute.

Intake mode

It is advisable to heat in the microwave: Open the container slightly. Heat 1 minute in the microwave. Be careful when removing the cover as the container will be hot. In a frying pan: Heat a little oil in a frying pan and empty the contents of the cup and stir for 2 minutes.
