Biograd Spelled Cereals Bio from Biográ is a food rich in carbohydrates, proteins and minerals. It is used as an ingredient to make breads, crispbreads, pastries, cookies, pâtés, beer, pasta and pancakes.

Indication

Biográ is a brand of certified organic food products with a wide range of vegan and vegetarian products to enjoy the unique flavor of organic food and lead a healthy and environmentally friendly life.

Intake mode

It is recommended to soak for 8 hours. Bring salted water to a boil and add the grain. Let it boil for 50 to 60 minutes (one part cereal to 3 or 4 parts water).

Precautions

May contain crustaceans, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, lupins and mollusks.

Storage conditions
