Alce Nero organic gluten-free fusilli are made only with organic corn and rice grown in Italy.
Indication
The fusilli recipe was designed to strike the right balance of flavors between white and yellow corn and rice. The resistance to cooking is excellent and its original shape and fragrant flavor are preserved. They are perfect in combination with tomato-based sauces.
