Whole Thai Rice

Description

Priméal's complete Thai rice, from the northeast of Thailand, in the Issan region. Among the many varieties cultivated in Thailand, Hom mali or Thai rice is considered the most qualitative reference, provided that it has been cultivated, as our producers do, in rice fields located in Issan, irrigated simply by the rains and located on light soil. The characteristics of this terroir give a long rice with the famous fragrance of jasmine.

Indication

With a tender texture, it is best eaten plain as a side dish or in a salad.

Intake mode

It is recommended to rinse and cook 1 volume of rice in 2 volumes of covered water for 30 minutes until the water is completely absorbed. Add salt at the end of cooking.
