Description

This Arabica variety coffee has a high content of chlorogenic acid, it is an Organic coffee without additives or preservatives of any kind. It is a coffee with a slightly bitter taste.

Intake mode

The 2 ways to prepare organic raw green coffee: Infusion: •Place 200 ml of water in a teapot or saucepan and bring to the boiling point. Add 15 g of coffee beans and lower the heat, keeping the infusion at a low heat for about 15 minutes. •Remove from heat and let cool for approximately one hour. •This infusion can be consumed once or twice a day, preferably in the morning. As a juice: the green coffee beans are soaked overnight (approximately 1 coffee bean per 8-10 kg of weight) and crushed., they are liquefied and strained. This juice can be taken once or twice a day, preferably in the morning.

Precautions

May contain traces of nuts and sesame.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool place (below 18ºC), dry, protected from sunlight and isolated from the ground.
