Description
Sen, or Senna, from Pinisan is a medicinal plant (leaf), which is used to treat gastrointestinal problems, mainly constipation, since it has laxative and purgative properties.
Indication
This plant softens the stool and can be used to relieve discomfort when evacuating in people with anal fissures and piles.
Intake mode
Put 1 teaspoon of these leaves per cup. Add boiling water. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Filter.
