Premium matcha young tea

Description

Premium matcha young tea from Biotona is a preparation for infusion made from young tea leaves which, according to tradition, are harvested by hand at the beginning of May, during the first harvest, after placing the bushes in the shade for 4 weeks. This jade green Matcha tea has a sweet taste, a subtle umami aroma and fruity aromas.

Indication

Properties:

✓ Provides an energy boost that lasts from 3 to 6 hours: stimulates concentration (theine) and simultaneously exerts a relaxing action (L-theanine).
✓ 1 cup of matcha = 2 liters of green tea.
✓ Very rich in antioxidants (polyphenols such as tannins, catechins,...) = protection against free radicals.
✓ Versatile in use.

Intake mode

It is recommended to boil water (preferably slightly calcareous and slightly mineralized). Allow the water to cool to around 80°C (for example by opening the lid of your electric kettle for 10 minutes or pouring it 4-5 times to lower the temperature). Put 1-2g of powdered tea (either 2 bamboo spoons or ½ teaspoon, depending on your preference) in a bowl and cover with water (70-100ml). Beat the tea for about 15 seconds with the small bamboo whisk until you get a nice frothy mixture.

Precautions

Contains caffeine (max. 80 mg / day), not recommended in children, pregnant and lactating.
