Indication

100 years ago, the residents of Steiermark (Austria) discovered a pumpkin that had seeds without shell, dark green in color and very flavorful and very rich in protein (up to 35%). Nothing to do with the usual treatment reserved for conventional seeds, which are subjected to temperatures that easily exceed 100 ° C. Organic cultivation and specific treatment allow obtaining these crispy pumpkin seeds with a subtly sugary taste.
