Description
Yalacta milk kefir is recommended for people with slow digestion and those who tend to be difficult to digest milk.
Intake mode
Mix ferment in ½ cup of milk. Stir with a spoon to obtain a homogeneous liquid. Cover, let it rest for 15 minutes and pour the ferment into a glass bottle with a screw cap and hermetic closure and add the remaining liters of milk, little by little. Close the bottle hermetically and shake for 2 minutes in order to homogenize the entire preparation.
Unscrew the cap from the bottle and allow the fermentation to rise at room temperature (+ 18 / + 25 ° C) for 24 hours. The contents of the bottles will thicken and solidify. Fermentation is complete. Shake the bottle - the resulting kefir takes the form of a thick milk.
