Marnys Evening Primrose Food Oil is a vegetable oil with more Omega-6, of 100% natural European Pharmacopoeia (Ph Eur) quality, and obtained by cold pressing the seeds of Oenothera biennis.

Indication

Evening primrose oil is the plant species with the most Omega-6s, with a minimum of 65% linoleic acid, essential fatty acid that is not manufactured by the body and 10% gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).

Intake mode

It is recommended to take as a food supplement and to add to salads, soups, dressings, etc. It is also recommended for external use
