Very complex on the nose, with a pleasant aroma of olive leaf, tomato, alloza and reminiscences of green fig as a secondary aroma.
This monovarietal from Hojiblanca has a smooth and clean entry into the mouth, very elegant bitterness and spiciness with a certain pleasant persistence on the palate with hints of bitter almond.
The most characteristic note is the chili pepper typical of the green Hojiblancas that appears after tasting.
