Hello, This coconut milk is delicious, in addition there is 80% coconut milk and only added water which is not negligible, because it is very natural. I use it in my protocol because I have a low grade glioma and MS my Naturopath prescribed it for my salad dressings. Sincerely, Ms. Garcia
