Description
Hatcho miso soy bag from Yang Tse is a food obtained from the fermentation of soybeans and salt with Kosen (roasted barley flour). In addition to its use for sodium, it is also an excellent base for all miso soups, mixing half of this miso with half of another type of miso.
Intake mode
It is recommended to be used as a condiment in soups, pâtés, legumes and cereals or as a dressing in sauces. It can also be combined with breadcrumbs to gratin pasta and vegetables or even poured into dairy desserts.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
