Description
Soy sauce is made from the fermentation of soy beans, roasted wheat, water and salt, being a great substitute for salt.
Indication
This is an ecological product, of Asian origin, packaged in a glass bottle. It is the ideal product to season various dishes.
Origens Bio Soy Sauce comes from the fermentation of soybean paste and toasted cereals (usually wheat) with salt and the fungus Aspergillus oryzae. From a nutritional point of view, it has some protein and a high salt content, so it should be used in small quantities as a condiment. It has small amounts of iron, magnesium, phosphorus and manganese, essential nutrients in energy production, the normal functioning of the body's defenses and the nervous system.
Intake mode
It is recommended to use as an alternative to salt.
It is recommended to add to cooked or sautéed vegetables, sauces, pastas and vegetable pates.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight.
