Toasted Whole Tahin Bio from Biogra is a tasty and delicious pasta made with whole sesame seeds, roasted at a low temperature and carefully ground. Thanks to roasting, a more intense flavor is obtained than raw.
Indication
This type of sauce is ideal for spreading directly on bread, as an essential ingredient in hummus and as a complement to other recipes such as vegetable drinks, pastries, sauces or vegetable pates. Ideal for preparing breakfasts, lunches, snacks or to give a touch of variety to your dishes.
Intake mode
It is recommended to taste as an alternative to dairy. Not only does it replace butter or cream, but diluted it allows you to quickly obtain an exquisite sesame milk. The use of sesame added to bakery products is also known: cakes, breads, biscuits, cakes and pastries or as an ingredient in hummus chickpea sauce.
