Description
nuveg nutritional protein broth is a dehydrated broth that is easily prepared by mixing the powdered preparation with boiling water, and that provides an exceptional amount of nutrients in its bioavailable form.

It is ideal for enjoying an extremely healthy meal, quickly and easily. In addition, it is very tasty, since thanks to different types of inactivated yeast it is reminiscent of the classic "chicken broth".
nuveg nutritional protein broth is composed mainly of inactive nutritional yeast extracts, so they do not cause the development of yeast in the intestinal tract; and which gives it 41% bioavailable proteins with a complete aminogram profile, comparable to whey or egg protein. In addition, it is extraordinarily rich in all the B vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and the precious B12. It also provides Vitamin D, Zinc and Selenium.

Intake mode
For broth:
Heat water until it starts to boil. Pour the Protein Broth (nutritional protein broth) into the plate or bowl and add a little hot water, stirring, until smooth. Add the rest of the hot water.
-For 1 cup: mix 25 g of magic broth with 250 ml of hot water.
-For 1 plate of broth (400 ml) mix 40 g of Protein Broth with 400 ml of hot water.
For soup:
Prepare the soup of your choice and when it is ready, turn off the heat, add the Protein Broth, mix well and serve. We recommend using between 6 and 10g for every 100ml of water.
Vegetable Soup Recipe Ingredients for 2-3 servings:
-60g of nutritional protein broth
-1l of water
-100g of carrots -100g of courgettes
-50g of celery
-30g of kale or cabbage leaves
-EVOO
-Sea salt
Preparation:
-Chop the vegetables.
-Pour into a pot.
-Add 1l of water and bring to a boil.
-Lower the heat and cook without a lid for 10 min.
-Turn off the heat and add the nutritional broth.
-Stir until dissolved.
-Serve the soup.
Vegan onion soup with mozzarella recipe. Ingredients for 2 servings:
-40g of nutritional protein broth
-0.6l of water -250g of white onions
-2 toasts of gluten-free bread
-Extra virgin olive oil
- Vegan meltable 'Mozzarella'
Preparation:
-Cut the onion and cook over low heat for 20 min.
-Pour the water and bring to a boil.
-Lower the heat and cook covered for 30 min until the onion is tender.
-Turn off the heat and pour in the nutritional broth.
-Serve the soup on a plate that can go in the oven.
-Toast the bread, put on top of the soup.
-Sprinkle the vegan 'cheese' and grill until melted.
-Serve carefully as it will be very hot.
To consider:
-If it is cooked or left to rest, the ingredients emulsify and the result is a creamier and more uniform broth.
-Ingredients can be deposited forming a sediment at the bottom, just stir well.
-It can be used to enhance the flavors of soups, stews, rice dishes and sauces.
-Urine can get a deep yellow color due to vitamin B2 (thiamine).

Storage conditions
Store in a cool place (Preferably 5-15ÂşC), protected from direct light. In dry (Preferably RH 55-60%) and clean conditions. Once the package has been opened, close hermetically and store again under the conditions described to avoid exposure to humidity in the environment, the adhesion of odors and microbial contamination.
