We bring you the best quick and easy 100% healthy brownie preparation. Made with almond flour, oatmeal and erythritol. In addition, you can make it to taste by adding the toppings or creams that you prefer. It is high in protein, vegan and contains no added sugars.

Intake mode

1. Mix all the contents with 3 eggs and half a glass of milk or vegetable drink.

2. Put it in a deep rectangular mold at 180º for 8-10 minutes. The cooking time will depend on whether you prefer it more or less fluffy.

3. Finally, you can add a little nut cream on top. We recommend the peanut or almond butter.
