Description
Yerba maté from Physalis is produced from the young leaves of Ilex paraguariensis, a species of evergreen tree that grows in the subtropical forests of South America.
Indication
Since the dawn of time, people have been consuming yerba mate infusions as a stimulating drink. This is the reason why it is also called "green gold of the Amerindians". The dried leaves are then sprayed into a fine powder. This traditional treatment method and the organic cultivation method make it possible to obtain a product of excellent quality, with sweet bitterness.
Intake mode
It is recommended to add in a bowl 70-100 ml of hot water (at 80 ° C, just below the boiling point) to a 1/2 teaspoon (or 2 spoons of bamboo scoop) of Biotona Bio Yerba mate and whisk the mixture (with a bamboo whisk) to obtain a homogeneous and frothy liquid. Can also be used in smoothies and shakes
Precautions
Contains caffeine, is not recommended for children, pregnant and lactating women.
Storage conditions
Keep cool, dry and in the dark.
