Description
Dark chocolate 85% Nicaragua Eco from Blanxart, from the Bosawás Natural Reserve. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa with noble ingredients. Its intensity is balanced by a diversity of cocoa aromas, which are perceived thanks to the artisanal production.
Indication
Organic, vegan and gluten-free chocolate. Low sugar content. Made with fine cocoa of the Forastero variety.
Tasting note: this chocolate is characterized by an intense floral note, accompanied by citrus touches, such as orange; lemon and pineapple. All of this harmonizes perfectly with vegetal and nutty notes.
