Indication

The 290 ml Weck preserving jar, due to its size, is suitable for sweet preserves, such as jams or compotes, but also for packaging sauces, preparing yogurts or presenting desserts in individual portions. You can also use it to store food, bake, freeze, etc.

Intake mode

• Store cereals, sugar, cocoa, spices, sauces, jams, individual portions of food, etc. Dehydrated foods can be stored, since they are completely sealed and moisture does not enter, as well as already fermented foods.
• Bake individual cupcakes, small brownies, coulans in the traditional oven or in the microwave.
• Freeze: in this case, as in any other jar, we must be careful to leave a little free space to avoid breakage when the food expands when frozen. It is advisable to avoid sudden changes in temperature: if we have put the hot food in the jar, we must let it cool before putting it in the freezer.
