The Wendy Premium vacuum sealer is a semi- professional model that effectively removes air from the containers thanks to a powerful 0.7 Bar suction pump, producing maximum air extraction (12 l/min). Perfect sealing that ensures that the vacuum is not lost during the storage time. It has the option of sealing bags without vacuuming if desired and also sealing at any time while vacuuming, in cases where we do not want the food to deform.

• Functions: 4 cycles of operations with which you can seal vacuum bags or without making a vacuum, special sealing for delicate foods (during suction, the sealing can be activated at the desired time before the food begins to deform ), vacuuming Takaje containers, vacuuming bottles, and vacuuming glass jars with metal lids. It is recommended to use for vacuum packaging in bags to preserve dry foods, special bags for vacuum packaging, plastic rolls, Takaje vacuum containers, bottles, glass jars with metal lids.

The vacuum packaging process with Takaje is very simple:

• To make a vacuum with the bags or rolls: insert the food into the bag or piece of roll, place the open edges inside the canner, close the lid firmly and press for 2-3 seconds. The vacuum process will start automatically.
• To create a vacuum in glass bottles or jars with a metal lid: insert the valve into the bottle or place the vacuum valve with the help of the applicator on the metal lid, put the suction accessory on it and press the PUMP button.
