• Sous vide program: adjust the desired temperature and cooking time according to the ingredients. The temperature range is 40 - 99 ºC for 1 hour.
• Pasta program: 10 minutes. Reduce cooking time for small pasta.
• Rice and risotto program: 12 minutes. Reduce to 9 minutes for al dente rice and increase the time to 15 minutes for a soft texture.
• Slow cooking program: you can set two temperature levels: high (96 ºC) and low (86 ºC) and time. Set the time according to the recipe. The approximate time is 4 hours.
• Manual program: The pressure of the multifunctional cooker can be manually programmable. Do not use this option when there is a lot of liquid inside the multicooker, so it is recommended to wait for the pressure to release automatically.
