Indication

Corningware 3.25 l stockpot with pyrex glass lid. Made of ceramic glass (Pyroceram), a highly resistant material to thermal changes, which will allow you to cook directly on the fire. With these pots you can cook, serve and store food afterwards. Its high resistance to sudden changes in temperature allows it to be taken even from the refrigerator to the stove.

This pot is made of a totally innocuous material:

• The base is made of ceramic glass, a material that does not release toxic substances when heated, is not porous, does not absorb odors or flavors from food and is not reactive to acidic foods. Corningware® does not contain heavy metals, such as nickel or chromium.
• The lid is made of pyrex glass or borosilicate glass: made of borosilicate glass, the most non-toxic material that exists and therefore totally safe. It is the glass that is recommended for people with allergies or sensitivities or for people who appreciate the highest purity in materials.

They are suitable for any type of gas, electric, and ceramic hob (except induction), for ovens and microwaves.

The glass-ceramic glass of Corningware® pots retains a lot of heat, which allows cooking with less intensity than normal and thus save energy. By cooking over low heat, you prevent food from sticking or burning, and the nutrients in the food are better preserved.

In addition, by having the transparent lid you can easily control the cooking process.

Corningware® stockpots clean easily, don't stain or retain odors like other cookware materials. They are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.

Intake mode

It is recommended to use silicone protectors between the pot and the lid.

Corningware Corningware products are not nonstick. For optimal use, it is recommended to heat over low heat for about two minutes before cooking and use preparations with liquids or fats.

In case any food has stuck to the base, let it soak in hot water for a while before cleaning. Always wash with a sponge or soft scouring pad.
