Simply put the pump into your nursing bra, turn it on, and press Start on the pump or app to start your pumping session. Elvie Pump will automatically switch from Stimulation mode to Expression mode when it detects segregation and will stop pumping when the bottle is full. Elvie Pump is designed to fit your bra and your life, so you can continue your daily routine while you pump.

Elvie Pump is designed to be worn with a standard maternity bra. The Elvie Pump should be firmly pressed against the chest, there should be no gaps between the Elvie Pump and the chest.
Each bra has a different level of support, so make sure you find the right support right before each session. If you are wearing a particularly tailored and inflexible bra, you can use the bra adjuster to create more space.
