How to take Lactoferrin Holomega?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, to avoid possible interference with certain foods or drinks, or as directed by a specialist. The capsule can be swallowed, with a little water, or its contents dissolved in water, milk or juice.

Precautions

Food supplement based on lactoferrin. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of little kids. It is recommended to take in sporadic situations. Do not take for several months in a row.
