Red Yeast Rice is made by fermenting Monascus purpureus rice yeast at a carefully controlled temperature and controlled growth conditions in a manner that results in increased concentration of chemicals.

• Monacolin K from red yeast rice contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 mg of monacolin K.

Policosanol extract contains a minimum of 5% octacosanol.

Chromium is a mineral that is not produced by the body and must be obtained from food. Chromium is important in the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates.
