How to take Dke+magnesium?

To obtain maximum benefits, we recommend taking two DKE + Magnesium capsules per day which provide you with a total of 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day, the maximum allowed for food supplements by the Ministry of Health. This way, you get 60,000 IU of vitamin D3 every month

In particular you can take the two capsules in this way:

• After lunch: one capsule of DKE + Magnesium
• After dinner: one capsule of DKE + Magnesium
